HOW TO PLAY
Our playground is OPEN BY RESERVATIONS ONLY. What does this mean for you?
In order to prevent overcrowding and to allow for a more enjoyable play experience for our guests, capacity is limited for each play hour. Therefore, playtime must be booked and purchased online to reserve your space.
Walk-in access is not guaranteed and only allowed if we are not fully booked for a play hour and space is available. Please always refer to the PLAYTIME RESERVATION CALENDAR for availability.
Please also note:
- LOYALTY PASS HOLDERS - SuperSaver and Weekday Power Pass holders must also pre-book their playtime so that we can keep an accurate count of and cap anticipated guests for each play hour
- WEEKEND HOURS - Vary and open play will be scheduled around private party bookings. Make sure to check the daily PLAYTIME RESERVATION CALENDAR for real-time open play hours and availability for each day. Weekend hours are posted the Wednesday of each week
- ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS - By converting to an online purchase system and automated point of sales services, onsite forms of payment for ALL in-person transactions are Credit Card or ApplePay purchases only. We do not accept cash

1-Hour Play Session

- (Includes admission for 1 Child & up to 2 Adults)
- Children under 12 months of age are free and do not require a play ticket
- Up to 2 consecutive hours can be booked per child a day
Reservations may be credited or refunded ONLY IF cancellations are made prior to 24 HOURS of your reservation start time. Due to very limited capacity, each booking on the play schedule is valuable and prevents another guest from the opportunity to book leaving gaps in our play hour when there are no-shows. Please be respectful and mindful of this when booking time.

PARTY OPTIONS
Party Length
- All parties are 2 1/2 hours in length, includes full access to the playground for your party guests, and a private party room for the duration of party time
Available Time Slots
Party time frames and dining times are as follows
- 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM, suggested party dining time - 11:30 AM
- 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM, suggested party dining time - 3:30 PM
Non-Hosted
- This is a non-hosted party and party hosts are responsible for their own room set-up, break down, and clean up. However, an attendant will be assigned to assist with the guest check-in and requests as needed
Party Options & Prices
OPTION #1 - UP TO A MAXIMUM OF (30) GUESTS TOTAL
- Non-private party. Playground will be open for reserved playtime. However, no more than 80 guests total will be allowed in the facility, as we will be operating at an approximate 30% capacity
- Full access to party room for duration of party time
- Allowed room set-up time 30 minutes prior to party start time
- Room decor and outside food and drinks (ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL) are permitted at no additional fee, but must be kept in the party room at all times
- Add-on Option: Extra 30 minutes of playtime - $75. This additional time will be for playtime ONLY and does not extend your time in the party room
OPTION #2 - UP TO A MAXIMUM OF (50) GUESTS TOTAL
- Non-private party. Playground will be open for reserved playtime. However, no more than 90 guests total will be allowed in the facility, as we will be operating at an approximate 35% capacity
- Full access to party room for duration of party time
- Allowed room set-up time 30 minutes prior to party start time
- Room decor and outside food and drinks (ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL) are permitted at no additional fee, but must be kept in the party room at all times
- Add-on Option: Extra 30 minutes of playtime - $125. This additional time will be for playtime ONLY and does not extend your time in the party room
OPTION #3 - Private Party Bookout (UP TO A MAXIMUM OF (75) GUESTS TOTAL)
- Private Party Bookout. Playground will be reserved for you and your guests only. No other guests will be allowed in the facility during your reserved time
- A deposit amount of $499 is required to reserve your date. The deposit amount is applied towards the overall amount of the party package price. Same party cancellation and date change policies apply. Please see Booking Details below
- The 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM timeslot is the only option available for this party package
- Full access to party room for duration of party time
- Allowed room set-up time 30 minutes prior to party start time
- Room decor and outside food and drinks (ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL) are permitted at no additional fee, but must be kept in the party room at all times
- Add-on Option: Extra 30 minutes of playtime - $200. This additional time will be for playtime ONLY and does not extend your time in the party room
Booking Details
- At this time, we are only booking Saturday and Sunday parties
- We are able to make a courtesy hold on a date/time for up to 3 days without a fee. However, a deposit is required at the end of the hold period for it to be considered a booking
- The booking of the party is only absolute upon receipt of deposit payment. Deposits are applied towards the overall amount of your party package
- A $199 party deposit is required (for non-private parties) to reserve your date and time, which will be applied to your total party package price. Remaining balance is due on your party date upon arrival
- The party deposit is refundable or transferable to another date IF notification for cancellation or rescheduling is made to the Party Manager at least 3 weeks prior to your booked party date
- No refunds will be given if cancellation is made within or less than two weeks of your party date
- An additional 30 minutes of playtime can be added to the length of your party for an additional fee, based on your selected party option (prices listed above). This additional time will be for playtime ONLY and does not extend your time in the party room
- An additional $75 will be charged for an excessive dirty fee if the room is left completely soiled or if there's any damage to walls or furnishings (this determination is at the sole discretion of Romp-o-Rama)
